MDBLCLK()
Determine the double-click speed threshold of the mouse

Syntax
MDBLCLK([<nNewSpeed>]) --> nSpeed
Arguments
<nNewSpeed> is the maximum allowable amount of time between mouse
key presses for a double-click to be detected. This is measured in
milliseconds.
Returns
MDBLCLK() returns the current double-click speed threshold.
Description
MDBLCLK() is a function used for determining and, optionally, changing
the mouse's double-click speed threshold. This is useful when the
mouse's double-click sensitivity needs to be adjusted.
