     <oTopBar>:insItem(<nPosition>, <oMenuItem>) --> self

        <nPosition> is a numeric value that indicates the position at which
        the new menu item is inserted.

        <oMenuItem> is the MenuItem object to be inserted.

        insItem() is a method of the TopBarMenu class that is used for
        inserting a new item in a top bar menu.
