     up() --> self

        Moves the browse cursor up one row.  If the cursor is already on the
        top data row, the display is scrolled down and a new row is brought
        into view.  If the data source is already at the logical beginning of
        file and the browse cursor is already on the top data row,
        TBrowse:hitTop is set true (.T.).
