barlength

        Contains a numeric value that indicates the number of character
        positions that the scroll bar client area occupies.  Each position
        refers to one row for a vertically oriented scroll bar or one column
        for a horizontally oriented scroll bar.  The client area is the area
        between (but not including) the scroll bar's previous arrow and its
        next arrow.
