1316: VM swap file disk full or VM limit exceeded

 This message indicates that the Blinker DOS extender virtual memory system
 is attempting to swap to disk and the destination is invalid or full, or the
 maximum swap file size of 64MB has been exceeded.

 By default the swap file will be created in the directory specified by the
 TMP or TEMP environment variables, or the current directory if neither of
 these are set. Check that they point to a valid disk with sufficient
 available space for the DOS Extender's temporary VM swap file.
