1009: <filename> : file cannot be linked incrementally
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This message applies to CA-Clipper applications only, and indicates that
while attempting to incrementally link the application Blinker found that a
non-CA-Clipper file had changed. Incremental linking of non-CA-Clipper files
is not yet supported. A full link will be performed to recreate the
application .EXE and its associated incremental link file.
